VMI worked with TF Cornerstone to imagine their Long Island City waterside residence, Hunter's Point South. Designed by ODA Architecture and SLCE Architects, the project stands as the largest affordable housing unit built in NYC since the 1970s. The studio brings the Hudson's banks to life through aerial exterior CGIs and a stunning day to night cinemagraph.
