The Wales – Adellco
Carnegie Hill’s iconic landmark
The Wales is the reimagination of an iconic New York Landmark, designed in 1899 by Architect Louis Korn. Alongside Developer Adellco, we worked to bring to life the magnificent restoration of the building, through rendering/film & an interactive application. Our Luna tool served as the primary sales tool for the building, allowing Adellco to present the project to perspective buyers anywhere in the globe, via a dynamic 3D Web Application.
