Operating as an entire-building immersive experience, TSX Broadway integrates retail, entertainment, and hospitality whilst presenting Times Square's only permanent outdoor stage. VMI worked with L&L Holdings to bring the project to life, from storyboards and illustrations to visuals, animation, cinemagraph, and film. VMI created bespoke IP presentations for occupiers, customizing the building in the mould, and branding of potential blue-chip occupiers including Disney and Comcast.
