In collaboration with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group and esteemed designer Thomas Juul-Hansen, we embarked on a comprehensive marketing initiative for 720 West End Avenue, a reimagined pre-war landmark on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Originally designed in 1927 by architect Emery Roth, this 17-story building has been transformed into 131 elegant residences, blending classic character with contemporary design.
Our scope encompassed high-resolution CGI stills, dynamic motion graphics, and the design and installation of an immersive sales gallery. The CGI stills captured the refined interiors and architectural details, highlighting features such as custom Italian kitchens by Boffi and spa-like primary baths with honed Volakas marble.
The sales gallery was meticulously designed to reflect the building’s sophisticated aesthetic. We installed large-format display screens and an advanced AV system to present virtual tours and interactive content, providing visitors with a realistic sense of the residences and communal spaces. Strategic lighting enhanced the gallery’s ambiance, creating an inviting environment that mirrors the elegance of 720 West End Avenue.
We transformed the sales gallery at 720 West End Avenue into an immersive experience, guiding brokers and buyers through a seamless journey across three distinct rooms. Each space was designed to tell a different part of the property’s story—showcasing its prime location, luxurious amenities, and detailed floor plans.
