We brought One Grand / 2 Hudson Square to life long before construction—developing high-fidelity renders that showcased its striking SHoP Architects design, contextual streetscapes, dramatic facade treatments, and the interplay of light and shadow. These images helped frame the project’s identity in the urban fabric and set expectations for its architectural presence.
Beyond static images, we crafted animations that guided viewers through the building’s form, function, and surroundings. From fly-throughs of the structure and its public school component to dynamic views from street-level and the skyline, the animation offered stakeholders a cinematic preview of what was to come.
To support marketing, we developed a web-based sales tool that integrated the renders and animation into an interactive platform. This allowed potential tenants, investors, and brokers to explore layouts, view floor plans, compare uses (office / retail / public space), and see real-time visualizations. The tool served as a digital front door to the project, accessible, immersive, and shareable.
Tying together visuals, animation, and the web sales tool, we delivered a unified creative package that empowered the marketing and sales teams. These assets proved critical in early leasing discussions, investor reviews, and community engagement. The work didn’t just show what would be built—it helped sell why it should be built, helping land commitments and building credibility before a shovel hit the ground.
