We developed a suite of photoreal renders and animations for Sereno that bring its coastal elegance into vivid life. From sweeping façade shots reflecting light off the water to intimate interiors with ocean and Intracoastal views, each image was crafted to convey both scale and detail.
Our visuals spotlight FSMY Architects’ striking architecture, the floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive balconies, and clean modern lines and well as 1508 London’s luxurious interior finishes. We made sure materials, lighting, textures, and subtleties of space are communicated so that prospective buyers can see not just the structure, but the lived experience.
We also created a cinematic animation that does more than show the building and it tells the story of coastal living. Starting with sweeping aerials over Fort Lauderdale’s waterfront, the film moves seamlessly into the architecture, guiding viewers from the grand arrival sequence through to terraces, interiors, and amenity spaces.
These renderings (and motion visuals, if part of the package) became core pillars of Sereno’s market launch. They were deployed across digital platforms, brochures, presentations, and sales pieces and helping the marketing team tell a story of refined coastal living, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, and privacy, while elevating Sereno above its peers.
