Edenica

We created a series of stills to highlight Edenica’s focus on wellness, design, and public realm. From lush terraces to light-filled interiors, each image captured how the building blends sustainability with a strong sense of place — bringing its architectural vision to life.

To tie the experience together, we developed a bespoke web app, deployed on iPads within the leasing suite. The app highlighted Edenica’s key sustainability features through interactive storytelling, while also enabling agents to showcase available spaces via a dynamic stacking plan — making it easy to explore the building’s design, credentials, and leasing opportunities in one seamless platform.

We produced a series of talking head interviews with the project team to further highlight Edenica’s sustainability focus. These insights brought depth to the visuals, with architects, engineers, and consultants sharing how environmental considerations shaped every design decision — from material choices to wellbeing-driven spaces.
