We partnered with Elad Group to deliver a suite of photorealistic renderings that captured the refined architecture of Pelli Clarke & Partners and the bold interiors of Rafael de Cárdenas. Every image was composed to highlight materiality, light, and detail and helping buyers visualize life at The 74 before a single brick was laid.

Our renders became the backbone of the project’s marketing collateral, featured across brochures, digital platforms, and PR campaigns. By translating the design vision into high-quality imagery, we gave Douglas Elliman’s sales team assets that elevated every stage of their go-to-market strategy.

Beyond still images, we built a sales gallery environment that allowed potential buyers to step into the project. The gallery seamlessly combined our visual content with scale, lighting, and interactivity and creating an atmosphere that mirrored the elegance of the residences themselves.
